Join Mallory for the wildly addictive cardio dance class, WERQ! WERQ (pronounced “work”) is the fiercely fun dance fitness workout based on pop and hip hop music. Wear workout clothes and gym shoes. Expect to SWEAT and burn around 500-900 calories each hour of WERQ! All dance and fitness abilities welcome. Purchase of a punch card is required to attend classes.

Wanting to get gymnastics in but can’t commit to a weekly class? Join us for Tiny Tot Gymnastics. This drop in group has access to our equipment in a safe, supervised environment. Children can participate in skill stations from the current week’s lesson plans and find a favorite place to play. Parent supervision is required. Ages 6 and under only.

Need a few hours for errands, appointments, work, or just to catch up?

When: Select Fridays

Time: 9:00am-1:00pm

Children ages 2-5 will enjoy this class staffed by experienced loving coaches with a small adult/child ratio, offering a social setting while parents gain a few hours of time to spend how they choose. The children’s day includes age appropriate center-based play, art activities, gym play, snacks, and lunch time (please provide a sack lunch for your child).
