GYMNASTICS TEAM
Offered at Shawnee and Kansas City
The Pinnacle Gymnastics Team competes in the USA Gymnastics Organization, Levels 3-10 and Xcel Bronze-Sapphire. We strive to be the best gym in the Kansas City metro while maintaining a healthy balance between home, school, and gym life. We are proud to practice the fewest number of hours at each sanctioned level and continue to place on the top of the leader board. Our goal is to teach our gymnasts to love gymnastics and put 100% effort in every minute of practice. This home/school/life balance allow our gymnasts to remain happy and healthy.
DANCE TEAM
Offered only at Kansas City
Our award-winning competition teams are a fantastic way for your child to explore his or her love of dance, greatly improve their skills and make new friends. We offer Dance Company placement for dancers who want to compete in all styles of dance as well as our Hip Hop Crews who only compete in the style of hip hop. Our dancers who range from age 6-18 have at least 6 performance/competition opportunities throughout the year to expand their experience and do what they love!
TUMBLE TEAM
Offered only at Kansas City
Pinnacle KCK Tumble Team is a competitive tumbling and acrobatics program that focuses on floor and trampoline skills. Tumblers practice once a week for 1.5 to 2 hours and compete in 4-5 local competitions per season. Tumblers compete in multiple events including compulsory tumbling, mini trampoline, and/or power tumbling. Tumble Team provides a great opportunity for a competitive experience while allowing tumblers to have time for other activities.

Ascend Physical Therapy is led by Adrianna “AJ” Swailes, physical therapist and former level 10/elite gymnast and cheerleader. AJ specializes in working with gymnasts and cheerleaders focusing on creating treatment programs catered to each athletes’ goals and rehabilitation needs. With her background and love of these sports she can really help each athlete grow in their specific needs.

Wellbody KC is Focused on the Healthcare of Athletes. Dr. Randy Goldstein is a Board Certified Pediatrician with a Practice in Sports Medicine. He has taken care of high school, college, and club level teams in Kansas City for over twenty years- as well as consults for several club teams in four states outside the KC metro area. Many prior patients/athletes have reached the pinnacle of their sports career- with dozens of collegiate level athletes, a number of Olympic level gymnasts and swimmers, as well as several professional baseball and soccer players. Dr. Goldstein takes pride in having been a small part of their journey. His goal has always been to treat each athlete- regardless of level or age- as you would expect a champion to be treated- getting them back to sport as quickly and safely as possible and supporting the athlete to reach their goals.
